This is a picture of Hirokari's parents, Marunin and Norintu Naruke. Their story is kind of sad even though they're evil. Hirokari was tired of being horribly abused so him and his parents had a battle to the death. Hirokari badly wounded his Father and his Father faked his death. Marunin, thinking that her husband, the only being she ever loved, was dead, committed suicide (mainly because the above motto is something they decided to live by). Norintu didn't know his wife would commit suicide and when he made his appearance to Hirokari a year later, he made sure his son paid dearly. After the final battle, six years after Marunin's death, Hirokari finally killed his Father for good. Norintu floated around as a ghost for a little while trying to find a way to bring him and his wife back to life. This was not so they could get revenge on Hirokari, they had finally made peace with each other, but so the two could live together by themselves. Just as Norintu was about to find that method of revival, Marunin's spirit appears from Hell, and she's very angry. They get in a fight and Norintu can't bring himself to hurt her, so his spirit gets dragged off into hell. Marunin's release into the living realm, was by the leader of hell to obtain Norintu's spirit. Once he gets Norintu's spirit, he can release thousands of spirits from hell, then get Hirokari's spirit from him, and finally...unleash the ENTIRE hell upon the living world for him to take it over. I'm not gonna tell you what happens after that because I've already written a lot for you guys to read..and I'm sure you don't want to read all this. All I have to say now is that Marunin looks pretty damn good for pushing out 43 kids....
