Pretty sure you just recreated a scene that gave an eleven year old nightmares. Poor Aeris.

I like the brutality of it. FF games tend to leave out the blood. XD

Yeah, I hear it gave a lot of people nightmares...and severe anxiety. I didn't play the game but I saw Advent Children. It was very good.

Anxiety is probably a more accurate term. Sephiroth used to scare the shit outta.

The whole Aeris death thing was so shocking b/c back in 1997 RPGs just didn't kill off characters for keeps like that. They usually used the whole resurrection cliche. Not to mention it was totally unexpected.

Yeah, from what I heard people spent so much time leveling Aeris' that when she got killed, so many people cried. All the time and effort wasted... And yeah, they were just shocked she got killed off like that.

Sephiroth is scary but in an epically awesome way...
